Vacation 2014 - Darlingtonia State Natural Site

Enough with the animals. We took a stop just to pursue a single plant on June 22. This would be the California Pitcher Plant or Cobra Lily. Where did we go to find them? Darlingtonia State Natural Site. The scientific name of the plant: Darlingtonia californica. I have a guess about how this park got its name.
