Early in 2013, the park attracted a Mountain Bluebird (Sialia currucoides). She was seen several times near the Central Meadow. I believe this bird is classified as a rare species for the area.

136 Days until the US Open at Chambers Bay
I have been walking Chambers Creek Properties for years. I have been carrying a camera since 2009. With the US Open coming to the Chambers Bay Golf Course, which is part of the property, I have decided to share a picture each day for the 365 days leading up to the tournament. The US Open is scheduled to begin on June 18, 2015. As of today, we are 136 days away.
