Challenge 2016 - August

"The Lord gave you two ends - one for thinking, and one for sitting.  Your success depends on which you use - heads you win, tails you lose."

The Idea Behind the Picture

I went with a simple concept on this one with a slight twist. Heads and tails screams coin. I balanced a Sacagawea Dollar (surprisingly the only American coin I had handy) on the edge of my desk. The idea was that winning versus losing could be viewed as staying on the desk or falling off. With tails facing the camera, it should be clear that I push to land tails up would cause the coin to fall. Heads face up would keep the coin on the desk. This makes heads the winning side and tails the losing side.
