260 Days until the US Open at Chambers Bay

I have been walking Chambers Creek Properties for years. I have been carrying a camera since 2009. With the US Open coming to the Chambers Bay Golf Course, which is part of the property, I have decided to share a picture each day for the 365 days leading up to the tournament. The US Open is scheduled to begin on June 18, 2015. As of today, we are 260 days away. I don't see this often. Earlier this year, a Pacific Harbor Seal (Phoca vitulina richardsi) was attracted to an old piling in shallow water. It used its front flippers to grab the piling and was seen licking. This piling was covered in barnacles and mussels with a little plant life.
