55 Days until the US Open at Chambers Bay

I have been walking Chambers Creek Properties for years. I have been carrying a camera since 2009. With the US Open coming to the Chambers Bay Golf Course, which is part of the property, I have decided to share a picture each day for the 365 days leading up to the tournament. The US Open is scheduled to begin on June 18, 2015. As of today, we are 55 days away. Last year's Great Horned Owls (Bubo virginianus) were a lot more cooperative when they left the nest. They frequently put themselves out in the open and posed for the camera. While this year's nest might have been easier to watch, the owls have been more difficult to find since they left the nest about a month ago.
