352 Days until the US Open at Chambers Bay

I have been walking Chambers Creek Properties for years. I have been carrying a camera since 2009. With the US Open coming to the Chambers Bay Golf Course, which is part of the property, I have decided to share a picture each day for the 365 days leading up to the tournament. The US Open is scheduled to begin on June 18, 2015. As of today, we are 352 days away. Perhaps I should have gotten to these Purple Martins (Progne subis) a little sooner. I have already mentioned the relocation of our local Ospreys. The county is also trying to relocate these Martins. I have even made several posts to provide updates on this species. Expect a few more since they appear to be nesting on the dock that the county intends to remove this summer.
