134 Days until the US Open at Chambers Bay

I have been walking Chambers Creek Properties for years. I have been carrying a camera since 2009. With the US Open coming to the Chambers Bay Golf Course, which is part of the property, I have decided to share a picture each day for the 365 days leading up to the tournament. The US Open is scheduled to begin on June 18, 2015. As of today, we are 134 days away. American Coots (Fulica americana) can be found year round but are far more frequently seen during the winter. The best places to find them are on the pond by the Central Meadow and on Chambers Creek upstream from the bridge on Chambers Creek Road.
